How do I place an order?

Are there any additional charges than the listed price?
The price you see is the price you pay.
There are No Additional Charges.
The only charges that apply to your purchase are the product purchase price and Sales Tax for all orders that ship within the state of California only.  Please
see our
Low Pricing Policy for more information.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
State and Local Sales Tax are automatically charged for orders shipped within the state of California only.

How can I get more information on particular items?
Most of the items on our website are displayed in our showrooms.  To make sure, please contact us and confirm your item before you visit our showrooms.
We also provide complete product descriptions on most of the products we offer including detailed specifications and images.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders from our showrooms only take a few minutes.  Orders from Unitedfurnitureclub.com may take up to 2 days.  We must verify your billing and shipping
address, and verify and secure all credit card payment.  To avoid delays, you must provide complete and accurate information when placing an order on line.

Is the website secure and is my personal information safe?
Your security is a priority at United Furniture Club.  
We may ask you for your email address, postal address, telephone number, and your credit card information to process your order.  Information obtained at
our site is encrypted (128-bit) to ensure your security. Our Yahoo store uses industry-standard, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your
personal information is encrypted as it travels across the internet. We do not and will not further access any credit card information you provide. Your credit
information will not be shared with any company outside of United Furniture Club and will be used for the sole purpose of processing your order.  Please see

Delivery / Tracking

How do you deliver my order?
Our goal is to deliver your furniture to your home as quickly as possible.  Our in-home delivery team works 7 days a week and makes sure that your furniture
arrives safely in your home.  Once your furniture arrives in our warehouse in Sunnyvale, CA, a delivery representative will contact you to schedule a delivery
time.  Our in-home delivery team removes most furniture from its packing and inspects it for flaws and defects prior to delivery.  Your furniture will be
'blanket-wrapped' and placed securely inside one of our trucks.  Our in-home delivery service team will unpack or unwrap your furniture, and then remove all
packaging items from your home.  Setup and assembly of your furniture are included in the service.


Do I need to be at home for delivery?
You must be present at the time of the delivery.
If you need to reschedule the delivery time, you must notify us 48 hours in advance. A $75 delivery charge will be added to your order if we need to make
another trip to your home. We will only deliver to the address listed on your order.  For your protection, we require two forms of pictured IDs at the time of
delivery.

Billing Address
We require your billing address for all credit card orders. This is the address at which you receive your credit card bill each month.  

Shipping Time  
All orders are processed upon receipt.
Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Most orders are
shipped within 2 business days of receipt. We do not ship to POB address.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Standard orders take up to 10 days after they are processed.  Special orders take up to 20 days after they are processed.  United Furniture Club will notify
you of any delays with your order.

How much does delivery and setup cost?
We offer free delivery and setup for cities in the Bay Area.
A minimum purchase of $500.00 is required.  We charge $25.00 for orders less than $500.00 to cities in the Bay Area.  Please see our delivery page for more
information.

How do I track the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from United Furniture Club after placing an order on our website. Within several days, we will process your order and
contact you to set up delivery time.  

Terms / Disclaimers

Order Acceptance Policy  
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our
offer to sell. Unitedfurnitureclub.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Unitedfurnitureclub.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered
of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department. We
may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Return and Exchange and Cancellation Policy
Nondefective items can be returned for a refund or for an exchange for 15 days. Refunds on nondefective items will equal the purchase price minus a 20%
restocking fee, minus the $150 that we paid for delivery to you and back to us. These "real" shipping costs are deducted from refunds for non-defective
returns. Any order that is changed or canceled after 48 hours from the time of the order is considered to be a non-defective return even if the item is still in
transit to you. Rejected deliveries for reasons other than visible damage are considered to be non-defective returns. Shipping charges (both to you and back
to us) will be deducted from your refund for orders that are canceled after shipping to you.
Visible shipping damages must be reported immediately! If you notice damage to the item DO NOT ACCEPT IT AND DO NOT SIGN FOR IT. Kindly inform the
driver that you are refusing delivery, and contact us at once to make a report and so we can ship out a replacement. Please contact us at

Nonreturnable or Cancelable Items
Items with either a fabric, leather, or wood selection are both nonreturnable or cancelable once the order has been submitted to us.

All items with a delivery time greater than 7 to 10 business days are considered "special order" item and are noncancelable once an order has been submitted
to us.

All mattresses are nonreturnable due to strict health code standards.

Product Performance
No warranty is made or intended as to the performance of any item sold. Seller is not responsible for normal wear and tear or personal and or property
damage due to the customers’ misuse of merchandise.

Product Colors and Sizes
Due to the nature of fabric and wood, they may be cut at a random match. Patterns may not exactly line up at seamed areas. United Furniture Club is not
responsible for variances in shade or textures due to customers screen settings and or expectations. Additionally, all manufacturer measurements are
approximate. United Furniture Club is not liable for variances in construction

Pricing Policy
At United Furniture Club, we value our customers and we work hard to earn your business.  Our low price guarantee policies ensure that you pay the lowest
price when shopping with United Furniture Club before and after your purchase.
•        Before Your Purchase
-  The price you see on our website is the price you pay plus sales tax.  There is no confusing discount at the end of the check out process.
-  We will match prices from other vendors.  If you find a lower price, please contact us at info@unitedfurnitureclub.com and we will research the vendor in
question. If in fact the claim is valid, we will rebate you the difference. Please note that any adjustment will be made at the sole discretion of
Unitedfurnitureclub.com.  We do not match prices from store closeout and clearance items.
-  Shop with us and save more with our free delivery service.
•        After your Purchase
-        We also rebate you the difference if you find a lower price for the same item from other vendors 15 days after you purchase from Unitedfurnitureclub.
com.  Please contact us at info@unitedfurnitureclub.com, and we will research the vendor in question. If in fact the claim is valid, we will rebate you the
difference. Please note that any adjustment will be  made at the sole discretion of Unitedfurnitureclub.com.  We do not match prices from store closeout
and clearance items.

Unitedfurnitureclub.com is truthful in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However, in the event a product
is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers,
Unitedfurnitureclub.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Unitedfurnitureclub.com shall
have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Unitedfurnitureclub.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount
of the charge.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our
stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please
note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Unitedfurnitureclub.com.
