Delivery

A minimum purchase of $950.00 is required for our free local delivery and set up to following cities:

  • A $45.00 charge applies to local delivery for purchases less than $950.00.  
  • A $150.00 applies to local pick up of returned furniture.
  • You may pick up your furniture from 6 United Furniture Club locations throughout the Bay Area.  
  • You must be present at the time of the delivery. If you need to reschedule the delivery time you must notify us 48 hours in advance. A
    $75 delivery charge will be added to your order for if we need to make another trip to your home. We will only deliver to address placed
    in your order.  For your protection, we require 2 forms of pictured IDs at the time of delivery.

  • United Furniture Club reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

    Billing Address
    We require your billing address for all credit card orders. This is the address at which you receive your credit card bill each month.  

    Shipping Time  
    All orders are processed upon receipt.
    Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department.
    Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. We do not ship to POB address.

    Order Acceptance Policy  
    Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
    confirmation of our offer to sell. Unitedfurnitureclub.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline
    your order for any reason. Unitedfurnitureclub.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you,
    to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as
    established by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any
    order.

    Return and Exchange and Cancellation Policy
    Non-defective items can be returned for a refund or for an exchange for 15 days. Refunds on non-defective items will equal the purchase
    price minus a 25% restocking fee, minus the amount that we paid for delivery/shipping to you and back to us. These "real" shipping costs
    are deducted from refunds for non-defective returns. Any order that is changed or canceled after 48 hours from the time of the order is
    considered to be a non-defective return even if the item is still in transit to you. Rejected deliveries for reasons other than visible damage
    are considered to be non-defective returns. Shipping charges (both to you and back to us) will be deducted from your refund for orders
    that are canceled after shipping out to you.

    Visible shipping damages must be reported immediately! If you notice damage to the item DO NOT ACCEPT IT AND DO NOT SIGN FOR IT,
    kindly inform the driver that you are refusing delivery and contact us at once to make a report and so we can ship out a replacement.

    Non Returnable or Cancelable Items
    Items with either a fabric, leather, or wood selection are both non-returnable or cancelable once the order has been submitted to us.

    All items with a delivery time greater than 7-10 business days is considered a "special order" item and is non-cancelable once an order has
    been submitted to us.

    All mattresses are non-returnable due to strict health code standards.

    Product Performance
    No warranty is made or intended as to the performance of any item sold. Seller is not responsible for normal wear and tear or personal and
    or property damage due to the customers’ misuse of merchandise.

    Product Colors and Sizes
    Due to the nature of fabric and wood they may be cut at a random match. There is a possibility that patterns may not exactly line up at
    seamed areas. Unitedfurnitureclub.com is not responsible for variances in shade or textures due to customers screen settings and or
    expectations. Additionally all manufacturer measurements are approximate. Unitedfurnitureclub.com is not liable for variances in construction

        Are finish colors accurate?
    We do our best to accurately show the finish colors of each piece we carry, however colors can vary by personal perceptions, monitor
    type and age, video card differences and printing variations.

    Pricing Policy
    At United Furniture Club, we value our customers and we work hard to earn your business. Our low price guarantee policies insure that
    you pay the lowest price when shopping with Unitedfurnitureclub.com before and after your purchase.
    Before Your Purchase
    - The price you see on our web site is the price you pay plus sales tax. There is no confusing discount at the end of the check out
    process.
    - We will match prices from other vendors. If you find a lower price please contact us at sales@unitedfurnitureclub.com and we will
    research the vendor in question. If in fact the claim is valid we will rebate you the difference. Please note that any adjustment if any will
    be made at the sole discretion of Unitedfurnitureclub.com. We do not match prices from store close-out and clearance items.
    - Shop with us and save more with our free delivery service.
    After your Purchase
    - We will also rebate you the difference if you find a lower price for the same item from other vendors 15 days after you purchase from
    Unitedfurnitureclub.com. Please contact us at sales@unitedfurnitureclub.com and we will research the vendor in question. If in fact the
    claim is valid we will rebate you the difference. Please note that any adjustment if any will be made at the sole discretion of
    Unitedfurnitureclub.com. We do not match prices from store close-out and clearance items.

    Unitedfurnitureclub.com is truthful in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However, in
    the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product
    information received from our suppliers, Unitedfurnitureclub.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product
    listed at the incorrect price. Unitedfurnitureclub.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has
    been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,
    Unitedfurnitureclub.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

    If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price
    is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify
    you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Unitedfurnitureclub.com.

    Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
    Except as expressly stated herein, Unitedfurnitureclub.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind
