You may pick up your furniture from 6 United Furniture Club locations throughout the Bay Area.
You must be present at the time of the delivery. If you need to reschedule the delivery time you must notify us 48 hours in advance. A $75 delivery charge will be added to your order for if we need to make another trip to your home. We will only deliver to address placed in your order. For your protection, we require 2 forms of pictured IDs at the time of delivery.

Billing Address We require your billing address for all credit card orders. This is the address at which you receive your credit card bill each month. Shipping Time All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. We do not ship to POB address. Order Acceptance Policy Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Return and Exchange and Cancellation Policy Non-defective items can be returned for a refund or for an exchange for 15 days. Refunds on non-defective items will equal the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee, minus the amount that we paid for delivery/shipping to you and back to us. These "real" shipping costs are deducted from refunds for non-defective returns. Any order that is changed or canceled after 48 hours from the time of the order is considered to be a non-defective return even if the item is still in transit to you. Rejected deliveries for reasons other than visible damage are considered to be non-defective returns. Shipping charges (both to you and back to us) will be deducted from your refund for orders that are canceled after shipping out to you. Visible shipping damages must be reported immediately! If you notice damage to the item DO NOT ACCEPT IT AND DO NOT SIGN FOR IT, kindly inform the driver that you are refusing delivery and contact us at once to make a report and so we can ship out a replacement. Non Returnable or Cancelable Items Items with either a fabric, leather, or wood selection are both non-returnable or cancelable once the order has been submitted to us. All items with a delivery time greater than 7-10 business days is considered a "special order" item and is non-cancelable once an order has been submitted to us. All mattresses are non-returnable due to strict health code standards. Product Performance No warranty is made or intended as to the performance of any item sold. Seller is not responsible for normal wear and tear or personal and or property damage due to the customers’ misuse of merchandise. Product Colors and Sizes Due to the nature of fabric and wood they may be cut at a random match. There is a possibility that patterns may not exactly line up at seamed areas.
